KLM Is Adding More Flights to Trinidad

Dutch carrier KLM is expanding its service to Port of Spain for the upcoming winter season.

Beginning Oct. 29, KLM will be increasing its frequencies to four flights each week between Amsterdam and Port of Spain. KLM’s outbound flights first stop in St Maarten.

On the return flight from Trinidad, the service is nonstop.

That will mean service on Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

In January, KLM will actually be adding a fifth flight on Mondays.

KLM has been flying to Trinidad since 2021, following a hiatus of three decades.

“We are thrilled to welcome KLM’s extended flight services to Trinidad and Tobago,” said Trinidad Tourism Minister Randall Mitchell. “This development reflects our nation’s increasing appeal as a premier tourist destination. We believe that improved connectivity will not only promote cultural exchange but also drive economic growth and tourism in both of our countries.”
