Dominican Republic present at IMEX América 2019

A total of 14 companies related to the tourism sector have confirmed their presence with the Ministry of Tourism (Mitur)

A total of 14 companies related to the tourism sector of the Dominican Republic, have confirmed their presence together with the Ministry of Tourism (Mitur) in the next edition of the IMEX America 2019 fair that is held from September 10 to 12 at the Sands Expo and Convention Center of Las Vegas, USA, according to the information collected by Dominican Infotur.

Being the main fair of the MICE segment in the US, this event brings together more than 3,000 suppliers from all sectors of the global meetings industry which meet in Las Vegas every year with national US suppliers, tourist offices Global and convention offices, major hotel companies, conference and exhibition centers, cruise lines, airlines, spas, technology providers, event management specialists and many more.

As mentioned earlier, they have already confirmed 14 companies in the sector that will be sharing the standard No. D1248 with Mitur, these are: Amstar DMC, Association of Santo Domingo Hotels (AHSD), Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts, Be Live Hotels, Casa de Campo Resort & Villas, Club Med Meetings & Events, Connect DMC, EDEN ROC at Cap Cana, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana, Hyatt Zilara & Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana, Le Sivory Punta Cana, Marriott Hotels of Santo Domingo, Paradisus Punta Cana, – Paradisus Palma Real, Melia Punta Cana Beach & Melia Caribe Beach, The Grand Reserve at Paradisus Palma Real, – Renny Travel International LLC

This event is expected once again the commercialization of the Dominican destination in the segment of meetings, as one of the most important in the Caribbean region.

In this participation the Dominican cigar is exhibited in addition to its music and dances with the presentation of the Folkloric Ballet of Mitur.
