Coral Hospitality Corp. incorporates La Ensenada complex into its portfolio

Coral Hospitality Corp. (CHC) added to its product portfolio the tourist complex La Ensenada, located in Playa Nueva Romana, which will be managed and marketed under the Xeliter brand.

The announcement was made at the Dominican Annual Tourism Exchange (DATE) 2019, which took place at Blue Mall Punta Cana, from March 26 to 28.

The incorporation agreement was signed by Mr. Ricardo Felip, Vice President of Xëliter Serviced Residences.

Felip stressed that “Coral Hospitality Corp., owner and manager of the Xëliter brand, is a company specialized in managing, operating and managing the marketing of real estate properties and tourist complexes, in the main national and international destinations.”

He explained that “Xëliter represents properties of high standards that add more than 2,500 apartments in various locations in the Dominican Republic and Panama. He thanked the choice of his company, leader in this specialized segment and assured “that under our brand Xëliter this property will be offered successfully in the different national and international tourist markets”.
