Playa Nueva Romana inaugurates ‘Aire,’ a leisure and business center

Santo Domingo.- Grupo Piñero, a renowned Spanish multinational with nearly 50 years of experience, has inaugurated AIRE in Playa Nueva Romana, a cutting-edge leisure and business center that enhances its real estate offerings. With an investment of almost $4 million, AIRE combines comfort, elegance, and functionality to create a vibrant space for both residents and visitors. The center aims to elevate the quality of life, add value to properties, and attract future investments.

Spanning 5,678 m², AIRE consists of three buildings designed to meet residents’ needs. The professional block offers rental offices and meeting rooms with scenic views and services like a courier system. For wellness enthusiasts, there’s a modern gym, a multipurpose room for yoga and pilates, and sports courts. The social block features a beauty salon, supermarket, international restaurant, barbecue area, event spaces, and family-friendly recreational areas like a playground and garden.

AIRE also emphasizes sustainability with solar panels that generate 50% of the building’s energy, energy-efficient lighting, and an air conditioning system with a 70% recovery efficiency. The center supports local biodiversity by planting native species and uses coralina, a local material, in its construction. These eco-friendly measures reflect Grupo Piñero’s commitment to reducing its environmental impact and contributing to global sustainability goals.
