José Ricardo Botelho, ALTA’s CEO, expressed his gratitude for the recognition of such authority in the Dominican Republic, as well as the commitment to work together with the industry to move quickly towards recovery. “The Dominican Republic is an example in the region of government and industry working together. The rapid progress in vaccination campaigns in the country, especially in areas such as Punta Cana, where more than 90% of the population is vaccinated, is a concrete example of the efforts to recover such an important sector that generates jobs and welfare,” Botelho highlighted.
Today more than ever, aviation is synonymous with resilience, efficiency, safety, teamwork and constant innovation. We look forward to seeing you at the next ALTA CCMA & MRO Conference on May 14-16, 2022 in Cartagena, Colombia, to continue working together and generate greater efficiencies in the safest means of transportation.
