The owners and visitors of Puntacana Resort & Club lived a Holy Week full of activities and unique experiences. It had events for all members of the family, where each one could enjoy unforgettable moments.

The week began with the celebration of the 10th anniversary of the Easter concert, a tradition sponsored by the Lapp family, together with the Molina Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by maestro José Antonio Molina, at La Cana Golf & Beach Club. Likewise, the Belgian community held a special golf tournament in memory of businessman Olivier Dassault, at the famous Corales golf course. Dassault was a notable French photographer and politician, passionate about aviation and a member of the Puntacana Resort & Club.

Polo Family Day at Puntacana Resort & Club 2022

On Saturday, tennis lovers were able to participate in the “Spring Break Social Mix Doubles” social tournament at the Oscar de la Renta Tennis Center, where they participated in pairs of families and friends, for a morning full of sports and laughter. The friendly tournament did not prevent the athletes from getting competitive and trying to take the trophies home, the competitors gave their best to achieve their goal.

Para la tarde del sábado, los fanáticos de polo se deleitaron con la 2da edición de la Copa de Polo Gulf by Puntacana Resort & Club en Puntacana Polo Club, la cual se realizó en memoria del jugador de polo Fares Jamatte Then y en mérito de Rafa Pérez Matos, por su apoyo a la comunidad de polo de Puntacana Resort & Club. Dentro de la misma, los pequeños de la familia gozaron de un Easter Egg Hunt, una competencia de chichiguas y una estación de manualidades. Los amantes de las artesanías disfrutaron de la 2da edición del Eco Bazaar, donde participaron artesanos de la zona este, los cuales destinaron parte de sus ingresos como donación para la Fundación Grupo Puntacana.
