Alba Yris Rodríguez, president of the Ecotourism Cluster, expressed that they have assumed the commitment to promote the sustainable and sustainable organization of the destination and that in recent years Jarabacoa has been the municipality with the highest growth and development in the country, “commercially we are very happy with the amount of visitors who come to our municipality and our businesses, but we are also aware that if we do not generate changes in the territory, in mobility, in order, that can have negative consequences and can put at risk what we have built with so much effort and long for,” he said .Likewise, Rodríguez pointed out that they need to organize the management of the destination in a public-private coordination that has decision-making capacity, that has a technical foundation and that there is an executive management that can promote programs, projects and strategies for the development of Jarabacoa, as well as as well as supporting the development of medium and small local tourism enterprises, “currently there is a diversity and improvement of the growing tourism offer and of course the integration and participation of local actors in the management of this tourism development, that is our proposal” he emphasized .
