Gastronomic Forum will train professional technicians in the DR
SANTO DOMINGO.- The VIII Gastronomic Forum, under the direction of the Sabores Dominicanos Foundation and the support of universities and government institutions linked to culinary, concluded with the commitment of the participants to create the conditions for the technical-professional training of human resources in the hotel and tourism area demanded by the national gastronomic sector.
The activity took place in the Aula Magna of the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo, with a structure of three conferences and four panels that fulfilled the theme of the forum “Training needs for the strengthening of Dominican gastronomy.” It had an active integration of chefs, restaurateurs and gastronomy experts.
