Paula Lama revealed that the Sheraton Santo Domingo Hotel occupies position #7 of 746 hotels throughout the country on Tripadvisor; also the #1 position of 118 hotels in the capital; at Marriott International it is #10 of 28 Sheraton hotels in the Caribbean; and in the reservation systems and registration of customer opinions these “mainly highlight the quality of the service and the stimulating experience of the guest”.
