Dreams Flora Resort & Spa opens on DATE 2023

PUNTA CANA. The Inclusive Collection chain, part of World of Hyatt, inaugurated its 520-room Dreams Flora Resort & Spa hotel, and announced the upcoming opening of a new resort, during the inauguration of the Dominican Annual Tourism Exchange, “DATE 2023”.

The announcement was made by Inclusive Collection executives Luis Núñez, Luis Carreño and Elsa Ramírez, the most important Dominican tourism fair, DATE 2023, which is being held April 26-28, at the Barceló Bávaro Grand Resort hotel convention center in Punta Cana.

Dreams Flora Resort & Spa is situated on a palm-lined beach in Cabeza de Toro and offers an unforgettable getaway designed for couples and families, conveniently located near the Punta Cana International Airport.

Upon arrival, guests can enjoy all of the Unlimited-Luxury® offerings, including a la carte gourmet dining options, unlimited domestic and international alcoholic beverages, pool and beach waiter service, daytime activities, live nightly entertainment and much more.

There are 520 elegantly appointed suites with private, furnished balconies or terraces, Unlimited-Luxury® amenities such as room service, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a daily restocked mini-bar.

The goal of Dreams Flora Resort & Spa at Punta Cana is for guests to opt for a superior experience, with Preferred Club rooms that provide access to additional services including personalized check-in and check-out with concierge service and preferred amenities, an exclusive Preferred Club pool and bar with enhanced bath amenities, upgraded mini-bar and room service, and access to the Preferred Club lounge.

Ground was broken last May for Codelpa’s Secrets Tides Punta Cana hotel, which will open in the fall of 2023 to offer guests an intimate hideaway surrounded by foliage, modern architecture and breathtaking views.

New Inclusive Collection projects

Executives reported the upcoming opening of two new projects in Playa Esmeralda, Miches. Secrets Playa Esmeralda and Dreams Playa Esmeralda, once complete, these resorts will encompass nearly 1,000 rooms, of which 250 will be exclusively for Preferred Club guests.

With these new Dreams and Secrets brand projects, along with the alliance with the Spanish company Globalia to operate multiple Be Live Hotels properties, which will be renovated and include the growth of the Sunscape Resorts & Spas brand, and the existing hotels, which reaches 5,000 rooms, Hyatt executives announced that they will reach 7,500 rooms in the country.

“This is the largest concentration of rooms in the eastern zone of the Dominican Republic, representing a 15% share in the supply of Punta Cana and Bayahibe, so Inclusive Collection is a benchmark and strengthens its position in the Dominican Republic,” they said.
