Hilton to manage Frank Elias Rainieri’s Zemi hotel in Miches
Hilton Hotels & Resorts announced its first management agreement for the first all-inclusive Curio Collection by Hilton property in the Dominican Republic, the newly constructed Zemi Miches All-Inclusive Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton.
The new resort, owned by Frank Elias Rainieri’s Zemi Hotels & Resorts, SRL, will feature 502 rooms.
Scheduled to open in 2024, Zemi Miches All-Inclusive Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton will be Hilton’s tenth all-inclusive property in the Caribbean and Latin America, as the company also plans to nearly triple its portfolio in the Dominican Republic over the next five years.
“The signing of Zemi Miches All-Inclusive Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton is a momentous addition to our strong portfolio of projects in the Greater Caribbean, where we have nearly 30 Hiltons operating throughout the region and approximately 30 hotels under development,” said Hilton vice president Pablo Maturana.

Zemi Miches All-Inclusive Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton will participate in Hilton Honor, the award-winning guest loyalty program for Hilton’s 19 world-class brands, and will offer guests a variety of on-site entertainment and amenities, including a nightclub, kids’ play clubs and retail stores. Nine food and beverage options will tempt palates with exceptional cuisine ranging from Asian, Taino, Italian and seafood to an all-day buffet, lobby bar, sports bar and more.
As a reminder, the resort’s 502 rooms will be spread across six four-story buildings and 18 stand-alone beach bungalows, including 123 ground-floor rooms with individual pools that connect through a meandering pool that allows guests to swim to other areas of the resort.
In addition, the resort will feature 15,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor meeting and event space.
