San Cristobal moved “Paladares de mi Tierra” gastronomic festival

Santo Domingo Dominican Republic. – A display of flavor and exquisite experience will be tasted at the “Paladares de mi Tierra” gastronomic festival, dedicated to the province of San Cristóbal on December 7 at the Mahogany and Mirrors Hall, located on Libertad Avenue, San Cristóbal, organized by the foundation and restaurant Yo Amo RD, as well as the Dominican Culinary Association.

“Paladares de mi Tierra”, exhibits in each edition the traditional dishes of a Dominican province and this time repeats with Sabores de San Cristóbal, given the acceptance that the dishes of that region have had.

As a concept, the festival exhibits characteristic and traditional dishes from different places in the Dominican Republic and this time it has seven Dominican chefs who took on the challenge of creating an exceptional culinary experience, each preparing a dish at an exclusive seven-course dinner.

Chefs Ada Santana, Mayra Alies, José Norberto, Ambar Encarnación, Wing Kit Durán, Alida Montas and Gendri Nivar will be responsible for the different culinary creations that will be tasted during the seven times that make up the festival.

Among the variety of dishes that will come out during the day are the Dominican Domplines, Coastal Benemérita, Constituent Kid, Leaf Cake Trilogy, Conquest Croque, Reconstituent Broth among other varieties.

“The main objective is to evolve the palate and the valuation of our cuisine, as each Paladares de mi Tierra event celebrates our identity and incorporates historical landmarks that connect with the native and at the same time exalt the pride of Dominican cuisine,” he said.
