Raineiri Kuret affirms to open hotels act of faith and commitment to the country
The president of the Association of Hotels and Tourism of the Dominican Republic, Paola Rainieri Kuret, affirmed that the country maintains its first level conditions and resources to remain the leading tourist destination in the Caribbean preferred by the markets to invest and vacation; and affirmed that opening the hotels is an act of faith and commitment to the country.
“We have the natural and human resources, the experience and the international partners that have contributed to developing an impressive and first-class tourist offer,” said Rainieri de Díaz, at the event to receive the first customers of the Hotel Zoetry Aqua Punta Cana.
This activity was attended by President Luis Abinader, Daniel Hernández (director of operations of AM Resotrs); Ernesto Veloz, President ASOLESTE; Juan Manuel Martín de Oliva Vice President of Banco Popular and other personalities and executives of the company.
Rainieri de Díaz explained that the progress made with the coordinated action of the government and the private sector has made it possible to define objectives and identify actions to work together to boost the country’s economy. “During this pandemic we have shown strength and found the momentum we need to continue being the engine of the country’s economy. Likewise, this coordination experience must be maintained with a view to fully recovering the tourism industry, ”said Rainieri de Díaz.
One of the facts, he stated, that support my affirmation, is the quality and magnitude of the effort made to initiate a standardization process and to be ready to take advantage of the rebirth of tourism on a world scale. He affirmed that the progress made also shows “the good fruits that it can produce for the country and our sector when the Government and the private sector go hand in hand defining the objectives, identifying the actions and working together to walk together to see the great goals achieved. necessary to start our economy and our country ”.
