Air Century opens direct flight between Santo Domingo and Barranquilla
Air Century, together with the Ernesto Cortissoz International Airport in Barranquilla, welcomed the passengers of the airline’s inaugural flight with direct service to that Colombian city.
“It fills us with satisfaction to be the first Dominican airline that directly connects our country with Barranquilla, a city full of tourist and cultural attractions and that is home to important companies with which businessmen from both countries maintain a growing business exchange that we hope it will be strengthened with the new direct service”, highlighted Omar Chahin, CEO of Air Century.
He explained that “this direct service responds to the expansion plan that we are carrying out and that will include the opening of a new flight to Cartagena, Colombia and Kingston, Jamaica from our Caribbean HUB at La Isabela-Dr. Joaquin Balaguer.
The initial flight itinerary is as follows:
Thursday: Departure from Santo Domingo, 7:00 pm /Departure from Barranquilla: 8:30 pm
Sunday: Departure from Santo Domingo, 4:00 pm/Departure from Barranquilla: 5:30 pm
