CATA launches a new multi-destination catalog for Central America and the Dominican Republic

The Central American Tourism Promotion Agency offers a new tool for the promotion of a region that combines 8 countries in the heart of the Americas.

This is the first time that the tourist offer of Central America and the Dominican Republic is combined through 5 packages and the participation of 13 tourist companies in the region, giving tourists the opportunity to mix the magic, culture and nature of the isthmus. Central American with the impressive landscapes of one of the most important destinations in the Caribbean.

The packages include a high degree of connectivity, using the connection between the Dominican Republic and Panama as a bridge between the region. The incorporation of the tourist product of the Dominican Republic to the promotion actions of Central America shows signs of a more powerful regional offer that can boast of capturing the attention of increasingly demanding travelers.

This first instruction is the product of the launch of the campaign “Central America + Dominican Republic: The healthiest trip in the world”, executed by CATA with the slogan “Together We Add” and with which the First Hackathon was developed for the creation of tourism products between operators from both territories to make them known to wholesalers in Europe and America.
