Courtyard by Marriott Denver Central Park completes renovation
DENVER – Marriott International, Inc. announce the completion of a recent redesign and renovation to the 146-room Courtyard by Marriott Denver Central Park. The transformation includes renovations to the guest rooms, exterior, lobby, fitness center, courtyard and Bistro. The hotel, located at 7415 East 41st Avenue, is owned by Clarion Partners and managed by Marriott International, Inc.
The three-story hotel is situated 17 miles from Denver International Airport, 20 minutes from downtown and offers guests easy access to Dicks Sporting Goods Park – home of the Colorado Rapids, Commerce City, The Shops at Northfield and numerous dining, shopping and entertainment options.
All guest rooms at the hotel have been completely redesigned and include plush bedding, new carpeting, furniture, wall coverings and draperies as well as Courtyard’s signature features such as functional workspaces, spacious bathrooms, complimentary in-room high-speed Internet and mini-fridges. Other guestroom amenities include the latest in-room entertainment technology, allowing guests to access their streaming accounts through the large HDTV.
Amenities at the Courtyard by Marriott Denver Central Park include an indoor swimming pool, an updated 24-hour fitness center, two meeting rooms with 1,274 square feet of functional meeting space featuring catering options and AV equipment, a courtyard area and the Bistro restaurant serving American cuisine, Starbucks coffee and evening cocktails.
The hotel is hosting a Grand Re-opening party on Monday, September 18, 2023, from 4:00 – 6:00 pm. Food and drinks will be served. Guests can take self-guided tours of the newly refurbished property and have the opportunity to win some great prizes. The theme of the party is “Monday Night Football,” so attendees are encouraged to wear their favorite team’s jersey.
