Dominican businessmen integrate Best Western to the DR construction of three new hotels

PUNTA CANA , La Altagracia, RD April 2023.- Taking advantage of the celebration of the DATE (Dominican Annual Tourism Exchange) tourism fair hand in hand with Asonahores, the company Neon Lights Estate represented by its CEO, Juan Tomás Díaz Infante, has proceeded to the signing of the brand agreement with the presence of Best Westerns executives, Bill Clegg and Thomas Guilliano.

The projects will be located in the three main tourist spots in the country: Puerto Plata near the Gregorio Luperón Airport, Punta Cana at the entrance to Cabeza de Toro, and Juan Dolio on its Boulevard, seeking to provide a wide tourist offer in terms of long-distance hotels. and short stay, aimed at a public with commercial purpose trips, at an affordable price, with the comforts and quality that characterizes them.

This project will have an investment of approximately 75 million dollars, and an extensive offer of employment for the communities where it will operate, contributing to the development of tourism in the country. Under the “Best Westerns Plus” concept, it will have some 92 rooms per project, including regular rooms, Suits and Junior Suits as well as an events room, gym, laundry, dining room and common areas. Providing a cozy, safe and comfortable space for its guests.

The Neon Lights executives thanked Best Western for their trust, allowing them to represent the brand in the Dominican Republic, and the increase in the tourist offer in the country. Present at said press conference were Juan Tomás Díaz CEO of Neon Lights Estates Corp., Camila Fernández CFO, and Miguel René de la Cruz Project Director, who have had the vision for the development of this market niche.
