The Ministry of Tourism announced this Saturday that it is carrying out an operation to clean up the sargassum that has affected the Boca Chica beach for several weeks.
They indicated that, several public institutions joined in the cleaning of the seaweed, among them the Navy of the Dominican Republic, the Ministry of Public Works and Communications (MOPC), the Municipality of Boca Chica and the Ministry of the Environment.
