This Caribbean Resort Has a New Michelin-Star Chef
One of the Caribbean’s top luxury resorts has a new Michelin-star chef: the celebrated Le Barthelemy Hotel and Spa in St Barth.
The hotel has named Jérémy Czaplicki as the head chef of the hotel’s on-property restaurant, Amis St Barth.
Czaplicki has worked at some of the top restaurants in France, including most recently at Pur at the Pkar Hyatt Paris Vendome hotel.
He ha also worked as executive chef at L’Orangerie, the brasserie La Bouscarelle and Le Bistrot, among others.
He earned his Michelin star as executive chef of the Les Oliviers restaurant at the Hôtel Île rousse Bandol in 2019.
His cooking style is “health Mediterranean,” according to the chef, which aligns with his vision for the hotel and Amis.
