Sanctuary Cap Cana to reopen on January 20 after renovating its facilities
The Sanctuary Cap Cana hotel will begin welcoming guests next January 20, according to information published by Playa Hotels & Resorts on its website.
Hurricane Fiona passed through Cap Cana with more force last September 2022 and the hotel most damaged by its strong winds was the Sanctuary Cap Cana, which was forced to close its doors and took the opportunity to renovate the facilities of the complex.
It is recalled that Playa Hotels & Resorts is the entry of one of the most important international hotel groups, Marriot, to Sanctuary Cap Cana with its brand The Luxury Collection.
The 324-suite Juanillo Beach resort, which was recently named one of the top all-inclusive resorts in Punta Cana, has a total of 324 suites, 46,000 square feet of meeting and event space and a party piece: the 5,500-square-foot foot Caste Island Suite, the only hotel room in the Caribbean that comes on its own private island.
Dining concepts range from Sanctuary Town, a food hall-style dining destination, to exclusive restaurants such as Capriccio and The Steakhouse.
