To celebrate the countdown to Super Bowl LIV, The Miami Super Bowl Host Committee (MSBHC) offers a general preview of the Super Bowl LIVE presented by Verizon, the free fan festival that will last a whole week and It will highlight the vibrant cultural and musical scene of Miami, which will take over the entire Bayfront Park during Super Bowl week.

“Super Bowl LIVE will completely transform Downtown Miami,” said Rodney Barreto, director of MSBHC. “Our team has worked hard to bring the game to everyone and create a memorable, fun and interactive Super Bowl experience for both visitors and residents.”

Super Bowl LIVE presented by Verizon will be held from January 25 to 1st. February 2020. The festival for fans will feature evening concerts at the Amphitheater stage, the Huddle Down Community Stage, the Road to the 11th Super Bowl section, Tailgate Town with a culinary stage, the Environmental Village environmental section, shows of live water, night parades, fireworks and much more. This will be the first time that visitors and the community in general will have the opportunity to celebrate everything related to the Super Bowl in a free event for the public in Downtown Miami.

In addition to Super Bowl LIVE presented by Verizon, fans will also be able to start the most fantastic week of the year on Super Bowl opening night on January 27, 2020 at 7pm at Marlins Park and continue celebrating the culmination of the season 100th NFL in the Super Bowl Experience at the Miami Beach Convention Center. An incredible set of musical stars will participate in the Night Concerts at the Amphitheater, which will be held on January 31 with JPerry, Walshy’s Fire Miami Orchestra and Nu Deco Ensemble and the 1st. February with Domino Saints and the internationally renowned multi-band and sales band ‘Fitz and the Tantrums’. After “HandClap” —the first song of great success that launched the career of Fitz and the Tantrums— became a kind of unofficial theme for the NFL, the group was invited to participate in the FOX Super Bowl pre-show , along with memorable previous performances at Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin ‘Eve and the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade. The public can also enjoy songs from top-level artists in a variety of musical genres.

In the Huddle Down Community Stage, bands, special musicians, dance groups and visual art performances will be presented to provide an opportunity for local artists, schools and young performers to showcase their talent, as well as the culture and diversity of our community from South Florida. The Road to the 11th section (image above) will feature a life-sized football field that will function as a grand entrance to the Super Bowl LIVE event presented by Verizon and will detail the rich history of the past 10 Super Bowls organized in Miami . It will be a fantastic opportunity for fans to take pictures with gigantic soccer balls that will show the teams and the final scores of each of the matches.

Tailgate Town with a culinary stage will transport you to the sounds and aromas of a true rear platform. Tailgate Town will be an epic pre-party party with famous chefs, concession stands, decorated seats and games in an area for the whole family. Super Bowl LIVE attendees presented by Verizon will have the opportunity to experience the sensations of Miami’s cuisine and culture on the culinary stage of the Miami Super Bowl Host Committee. The stage will feature live cooking exhibitions and demonstrations of internationally renowned chefs and famous chefs from the NFL community working together on interactive activities with fans. The culinary stage will have a daily schedule except Monday and Tuesday, with 3 or 4 gastronomic demonstrations every day. Other entertainment presentations will be scheduled between the exhibits, which will be announced closer to the event date.

Fans will undoubtedly enjoy a spectacular aquatic acrobatics show at the Super Bowl LIVE Water Show. Super Bowl LIVE presented by Verizon will feature a freestyle jet ski acrobatics show with a large display of aerial tricks and dizzying jet ski jumps, flyboards and jetpacks or jetpacks. The acrobats will perform tricks with jetpacks up to 20 meters in the air and the jet skis will show incredible tricks, with jumps and turns up to 5 meters high. The experience will be led by a professional freestyle expert who was twice part of the national ranking and is currently in first place in the United States and in second place worldwide. The members of this exhibition team have performed worldwide, in places like China, Australia, Japan, Dubai, France and South America. Super Bowl LIVE will present the shows on Thursday, Friday and Saturday at the beautiful Biscayne Bay.

We also present a preview of the environmental initiative of the Miami Super Bowl Host Committee: Ocean to Everglades at the Environmental Village. It will be identified by incorporating elements related to the oceans that surround us and the Everglades. The sample will include environmental activities from the partners and sponsors of the MSBHC.

The Super Bowl LIVE Evening Parades night parades will feature more than 100 artists on Friday night and Saturday, which will demonstrate all the rhythmic culture that Miami has to offer. The Miami’s Caribbean Carnival will show Junkanoos-style parades and impressive costumes of exaggerated sizes of our Caribbean community, along with the incredible sounds of the soca rhythms and metal drums. The Miami’s Latin Parade will include Brazilian samba dancers and drummers of “Batucada”, the acrobatic dance of Capoeira and the fantastic costumes of Cuba, Colombia, Venezuela and Argentina. These parades will celebrate the rich cultural diversity of Miami.

To close the night, after parades and concerts on Friday and Saturday night, the Biscayne Bay will light up in a spectacular fireworks show that will light up the sky over the Super Bowl LIVE presented by Verizon.
